When you think about your first year of teaching or when you switched grade levels, what do you wish you would have known before you began?

Don't be afraid to ask for help is an important tip! Too many times I think new teachers are afraid to ask for help and experienced teachers don't want to appear to be "too bossy" so they don't give advice when it's needed. These are great tips!
